What Is a Replication Package?

A replication package is the complete set of materials needed to independently reproduce our research findings. This includes:

Datasets

All primary data sources, processed datasets, and data dictionaries. Every variable defined, every transformation documented.

Methodology Documentation

Step-by-step methodology with decision rationale. Why we chose each approach, what alternatives we considered, and where the limitations are.

Analysis Code

All code used for data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization generation. Fully commented, dependency-documented, environment-specified.

Verification Results

Results of our internal verification process using Alitheion integrity scoring. What passed, what required revision, what remains uncertain.

Replication Standards

Every replication package follows the Trellison reproducibility standard:

Criterion Requirement
Data availabilityAll datasets included or linked with permanent identifiers (DOI where available)
Code completenessAll analysis code included, from raw data processing to final output generation
Environment specificationLanguage versions, package versions, OS requirements documented
Methodology narrativePlain-language description of every analytical decision and its rationale
Negative resultsAll approaches that failed or produced unexpected results are documented
Verification logAlitheion integrity score and evaluation notes for each finding
