The thesis

As AI systems master cognitive tasks, human capital does not simply depreciate — it redistributes. Our 25-dimension attribute framework measures where the redistribution ends up.

The Human Capital Atlas (series human-capital-atlas-2026q1) publishes five interlocking analyses: a valuation framework, curriculum obsolescence and adaptation, the AI-Human cognitive frontier mapping, a game-theoretic neo-feudalism-vs-liberation projection, and a Monte Carlo capital reallocation analysis.

Five highest feudalism-risk attributes

The feudalism_indicator is bounded [0,1]: 1 means full path-dependence into feudal capture (AI productivity gains accrue entirely to capital owners; the human attribute holder loses leverage). The human_agency_score is the counter-bound: high values mean meaningful liberation paths exist conditional on policy / institutional response.

Human Capital Valuation Atlas: Where Human Value Concentrates as AI Transforms Labor

As AI systems master cognitive tasks, human capital does not simply depreciate -- it redistributes. Our 25-dimension attribute framework, validated against 125 occupational valuations and 10,000 Monte Carlo simulations, reveals that physical capability, creative synthesis, and in…
